- Briefing and Preparation Day
- Preparing your Autobiography, a Report on your challenges and 360° Feedback
- Residential Development Centre where you evaluate your skills, experience, and expertise against a series of leadership competencies
- One to one feedback, identifying your key strengths and development needs
The Leadership Development Programme is multi-disciplinary and designed for aspiring Directors and Senior Managers, in all sectors and professions, who are seeking to progress their management career.
