The Facilitation works Action Learning Programme offers you the opportunity to explore major change issues, leading to reflection on, review and refinement of your leadership and management practice.

How does the Action Learning Programme work?

As a member of a facilitated Action Learning Set you will:

  • learn from and with each other
  • develop a reflective approach to the current and important leadership and management issues
  • pursue self-development and challenge for positive change
  • focus on your key personal development issues and challenges

The Action Learning Programme will use the Learning Set members ‘real’ issues and situations as the basis for learning. The Programme is participative and designed for self starters who wish to take control of and shape their leadership and career development.

The Action Learning Programme consists of six 1 day facilitated sessions over 12 months.
